Thirty two years experience in energy and environmental related regulatory Federal
(including EPA), State, County and Municipal permit acquisition, procedure and compliance.
Specialist in the leasing and permitting of interests administered by the Bureau
of Indian Affairs. Acquisition of Oil and Gas Lease and producing Leasehold Interests,
Right-of-Way, Vesting of Mineral Interests and Project Management. Qualified to
testify at Oklahoma Corporation Commission hearings and OCC research. Will came
to the petroleum land business from the environmental sector of the petroleum energy
industry. From 1976 through 1980 Will worked with Ecology and Environment Incorporated
representing various companies and consortiums in the acquisition and management
of petroleum energy related projects including inter and intra state pipelines,
salt dome storage and LNG port facilities. In 1981 Will and his family moved to
Oklahoma City where he began his career as a petroleum landman. In 1983 he became
a partner in Petroleum Land Resources which became Reagan Resources, Inc. in 1987.

Over twenty seven years experience in cursory and detailed ownership reporting,
acquisition of Oil and Gas Lease and HBP Leasehold interests, project management
and quality control. Qualified to testify at Oklahoma Corporation Commission hearings
and familiar with OCC files on spacing, pooling, production and annual allowable
tests. Jim graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1977 and worked in the management
position of the retail business until 1981 when he joined Hunt Energy in Dallas,
Texas. There Jim gained several years experience as a title landman. In 1985 Jim
went to work for Petroleum Land Resources and in 1987 became a partner with Will
in Reagan Resources, Inc.

Marita G. Morris is a petroleum landman that has been in the oil and gas business
for over 17 years. As a contract landman, Marita Morris has worked in Nebraska,
Kansas, Colorado, California, Alabama, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma. She is
experienced in Cursory Ownerships, Detailed Ownership Reports, Leasehold Reports,
Due Diligence, Seismic Permitting, Right-of-Way, Lease Acquisition, Indian and Federal
Leasing, Curative and OCC Regulations. Ms. Morris has worked with Reagan Resources
since 1996. In 2005, Marita Morris moved to Oklahoma City to become an Instructor
and to work with William Reagan on creating the course outline for Reagan’s Petroleum
Landman School. In 2007, she was instrumental in creating the Leasing Department,
which focuses on data and quality control to allow Reagan to easily manage large
leasing plays. Ms. Morris currently manages the leasing department and is an instructor
at the school.

Adrill Hayes has been an integral part of Reagan Resources, Inc. for the past 9
years and has experience in several departments. Ms. Hayes has twenty plus years
experience in business and employee management before she was associated with Reagan
Resources, Inc.
Ms. Hayes has her Associate in Science Degree from the Oklahoma City Community College.
She graduated from the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board (OERB) Petrotech program
in 2008.
Adrill Hayes has experience in office management, Curative, Title Opinion Requirements,
Lease Preparation, Preparation of Respondent’s Lists, Water Well Drive-Overs, water
string variances, Intent to Drill requests, digital imaging, and more. Ms. Hayes
works with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC), Bureau of Land Management
(BLM), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) and the Oklahoma Water Board (OWB).

Brandon Jenkins is a Petroleum Landman who received his Bachelor of Science degree
in Business Administration from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Following
graduation Brandon went to work for Reagan Resources, Inc. He was in the first Reagan
Resources Petroleum Landman School class. He is experienced in cursory, detailed
and leasehold ownership reports, title curative, preparation of respondents’ lists,
due diligence, acquisitions, digital imaging and assists in quality control. In
2008, Brandon assisted as an instructor in Reagan’s Petroleum Landman School.

Bradley Schuelke is a Petroleum Landman who received his Bachelor of Science degree
in Health Promotion and Wellness, with a minor in Safety and Health Protection from
the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2003. After college, Brad worked as
a personal fitness trainer in Chicago, IL. In 2005, Brad moved to Oklahoma City
and joined the Reagan Resources team participating in the first class of the Reagan
Resources Petroleum Landman School. He is experienced in cursory, detailed and leasehold
ownership reports, title curative, preparation of respondents’ lists, due diligence,
acquisitions, digital imaging and assists in quality control. In 2008 Brad assisted
as an instructor in Reagan’s Petroleum Landman School.

Stephanie Vernon supervises the Reagan Resource’s Leasing Administration Department
and is the head Lease Analyst.
Mrs. Vernon has a Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma Baptist University in Early
Childhood Education and is currently enrolled in the Oklahoma Energy Resource Board
(OERB) continuing education classes.
Stephanie worked in the education industry as a classroom teacher for 11 years before
joining Reagan Resources, Inc. Her years of classroom experience and strong organizational
skills make her an integral part of Reagan’s Leasing Department. Stephanie’s experience
includes client communication, lease preparation, lease data input, data management,
merging lease documentation, leasing, invoicing clients, recording documents, digital
imaging, organization and troubleshooting.
